This Privacy Policy explains how VibeMobile (the "App"), published by iBuddy Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), handles information. iBuddy Media LLC is a limited liability company organized in the State of Florida, United States. By downloading or using VibeMobile, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

The short version

VibeMobile is built to keep your information on your own device. The App does not require an account, does not collect your personal data, and does not send your workout information to us or to any server we control. What you create in the App stays on your phone unless you choose to share it. The App's music features are powered by YouTube, and using them involves Google's services, which are governed by Google's own policies as described below.

Information stored on your device

VibeMobile lets you record and track workout logs and related fitness information that you enter yourself. This information is stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to it, we do not receive it, and it is not transmitted to iBuddy Media LLC or to any server we operate. Because this data lives only on your device:
• You control it at all times.
• Uninstalling the App, or clearing its data through your device settings, permanently deletes it.
• We cannot retrieve, back up, or restore it for you.

Accounts

VibeMobile does not offer or require user accounts or logins. We do not collect names, email addresses, or other identifying information in order for you to use the App.

Exporting and sharing your data

VibeMobile lets you export your fitness log (for example, as a spreadsheet file) and share it, such as by email, with recipients you choose. This action is initiated and controlled entirely by you. When you export and share your log:
• The App does not send anything automatically, and it does not send anything to iBuddy Media LLC.
• You decide who receives the file and how it is sent, using your device's own email or sharing tools.
• Once you send the file, it leaves the App and travels through the app and service you chose (for example, your email provider) to the recipient you selected. That handling is outside our control and is governed by those services' own terms and privacy policies.We do not receive, store, or have access to any file you export or share.

Music features and YouTube

VibeMobile's music features let you search for and play music and workout videos, and let you paste a video link into the in-app player. These features are provided using YouTube API Services. YouTube is operated by Google LLC.
When you use these features, your searches and playback requests are sent to and handled by YouTube and Google, who may collect and process information in accordance with their own policies, which are outside our control. We do not receive this information.By using the music features in VibeMobile, you are also agreeing to:

Information we do not collect

VibeMobile does not collect, transmit, or share personal identifiers (such as your name, email address, phone number, or account IDs), your location, your contacts, advertising identifiers, or analytics about how you use the App. The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking tools operated by us. VibeMobile does not connect to Fitbit, Google Health Connect, or other health platforms, and it does not collect heart-rate or other health-platform data.

Permissions

VibeMobile may request access to the internet so it can provide the YouTube-powered music features. It may also use your device's standard sharing tools when you choose to export and share your fitness log. The App uses these only to provide the features you request; it does not use them to send your workout data or any personal information to us.

Children's privacy

VibeMobile is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. Because the App does not collect personal information from any user, it does not collect it from children either.

Your rights and choices

Because your data stays on your device and we never receive it, you remain in full control. You can delete all data the App holds at any time by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
